Hormones have a powerful influence on the body—they are the major levers who call all the shots.  Influenced by our thoughts and emotions, they determine how we feel. Hormone health is vital and balanced through complementary and alternative medicine such as fiber filled-nutrient-dense foods, and supportive daily practices. Successful alternative practices requires keen customer relations and trust, this is built upon ethical practices and legal standards.
