Welcome! We are excited to know you and be a part of your health journey. Each Bod E Talk (BT) course is designed to expand the knowledge of how your body is talking and communicating to you. In a foreign language course, you learn the language of another country. In BT, you'll learn how to interpret your body's unique language and how to become your own health, fitness, and nutrition expert!

SIMPLY ORANGE COURSE
Simply Orange
Simply Orange (SO) is a next level nutrition series that takes a deeper dive into how to create your plate with supportive whole foods, creating delicious meals consistent with releasing weight and aligning hormones. All this without the fear, doubt, or guilt often associated with prepping, planning, or eating food. You'll receive helpful videos and personal support from your health coach. Principles learned in this holistic series complement all eating preferences, from vegan to Paleo. Required courses to enroll are: Gold Standard or True Blue. Simply Orange is strongly recommended as the precursor to the BT Hormone Health series, Pink Power. Don't miss this opportunity.
