Hey there! My name is Alyssa, and I am so excited to join you on your health journey! Your goals are my goals! I am a Registered Nurse and ACE-certified health coach.
I live in Little Chute, WI, with my husband, Avery, and our twin boys, Henry and Emmett. As a new mom, I am finding the balance between "momming" and still making time to do things for myself. I enjoy being outside, running, baking, reading in the sun, and spending time in a cozy, cute coffee shop.

I see how people react to disease, struggle to lose weight, regulate their blood sugars, or control blood pressure, and fight mental battles with themselves; my patients inspire me! I also see in my patients how living a healthy lifestyle and being proactive enables them to be more present in life.
I look forward to building relationships with members who are fulfilled by their newfound energy and happiness with a healthier life. Together, we will uncover your "why" and start making strides towards a healthier YOU.
I have always been an active person. However, I struggled with my nutrition and paid little attention to what I was eating or how it was impacting my body. As a result, I was not "body-confident" and felt I needed to lose weight. In 2017, my mom inspired me to join BT. I saw how freeing it was for her and wanted that too. I loved everything I learned about nutrition, fitness, and self-care. I learned how to take care of my body! I have continued to implement the BT principles, and my body confidence continues to improve daily. I am thankful for all of the incredible things my body can do.

I have a passion for nutrition, fitness, and caring for others. Running is my favorite exercise, especially if I have a playlist full of country songs. Figuring out how to be a healthy mama that is a good example for my family is my newest endeavor, and I'm loving every minute of it!
