Hi Friends, my name is Kim Love. I am a certified personal trainer and ACE Certified Health Coach. Diagnosed with melanoma at the age of 34, I began to look at food very differently. That diagnosis changed my life forever and has since then fueled my passion for investing time in what it means to be healthy in its entirety. As a cancer survivor, it has become my mission to find a new love for food and fitness, to encourage and support others in their health journeys, while sharing all I can to help them learn how to be thankful for this one body they’ve been blessed with!

My health background began as a dental hygienist many years ago. I have always LOVED working with people. Patients I’ve cared for would likely say I’m a talker. I truly believe getting to know people beyond a service I’m providing has always led me to trusted relationships to be able to help people more, which I cherish greatly.

A tomboy and athlete my entire life, I was never forced with facing weight loss until after my two pregnancies. I continued to remain active and eat what I thought at the time was healthy. I was the kid and adult that was labeled “blessed with good genes,” and unfortunately, I began to believe that. My petite physique and somewhat unchanging scale throughout my life had given me a false sense of security to what being healthy truly meant.

I married Greg in 2000 and we have two boys, Ryan and Nathan who we enjoy cheering on in soccer or futsal. Before moving to Wisconsin in 2013, my family lived in Sugar Grove, Illinois. We enjoy spending time with our family in Illinois and North Carolina and love to watch movies on Sunday together. I am extremely proud of my Hispanic heritage and love to make homemade tortillas that my grandmother taught me how to make. I love to tweak recipes to make them my own and have a love for all things music. I’m a big believer in having fun while working out, so you can usually find me dancing or singing during my workout.

Living the Bod E Talk way is a joyful and positive experience! I am looking forward to sharing that with all of you and helping you to learn how to thank your body for what it does for you every day!

Where is your favorite place to be?

Anywhere spiders aren’t or anywhere Ryan Reynolds is.. but home is my all time favorite.

What is your favorite health food?

I love Spinach. I like to put it in smoothies and salads, on pizza and in my pasta dishes. It doesn’t like to be without me. We love each other :)

It’s never too late…

I am a diabetic and 3x cancer survivor.
I’ve tried other programs, but BOD E TALK changed everything for me. This program works! NO required supplements, and NO required program foods.
Food preparation has become fun again!
MY SUCCESS: my bad old habits are now a thing of the past. It is wonderful to realize that my clothes have gone from a 1X (16/18) to a Medium (6/8). Things will continue to be better one day at a time. My diabetes medication has been cut in half and after 8 years I recently graduated from my oncology check ups!

You won’t regret it!

The only regret you will have is not joining sooner. This process has taught me a lot about myself and how to get the weight off and keep it off.
